Time flies by!

It always happens,
happens to me as well!
It’s just a matter of time
and how soon it travels…
faster than the light; Perhaps!
there is no time to look back
and neither there is any reason…
but, those moments, and
the good time spent, repeats!
It always comes back to me,
and keeps me going…
the time awaited,
and the time worked hard,
will knock me down,
to keep up my spirits…
learning every moment,
enjoying every conversation,
gaining the momentum,
that I desired, and I waited for…
sharing my dreams and
thinking through the clutter
contributing every little thing,
but, taking one at a time…
and it so happens,
one day, we see some progress,
for what is done,
and giving scope further,
for what needs to be done…
progress comes hard,
straight from the gut,
against the stream,
accompanying the spirit…
time goes on, and
leaving me in the distance
upholding the spirits
promising me return…
return for the journey,
into the madness,
of what we can create,
that we called a dream…
and until then,
with heartfelt thoughts,
working with senses,
witnessing the air,
sustaining the spirits,
limiting the distance;
making every thing happen,
one way or the other,
keeping myself busy,
to make this WAIT, worth!

It's funny! how times flies by!

Hmmm...

On a relaxed time ever,
forgetting my past and the future,
letting my thoughts flow into the present,
closing my eyes and revisiting my dreams,
reading my mind over my own writings;
I turned on the music,
I got in to the hmm…

Humming aloud, into the ecstasy,
feeling the touch and embracing the wind,
forcing into my ears, to make me dance,
on my toes, one after one, moving my legs,
dancing in the bliss, tiring out myself;
and turning the volume high,
I continued to hmm…

Every step made me smile and
every note made me think, and smile again;
Every smile, pushed myself to the heaven,
and heaven, made me reach my dream;
walk over my dream was again a dream…
I played the next track,
And I again got into hmm…

Without my mind, I carried on;
I carried myself on to a different world,
a world of within me and my vibes,
a very near feeling but yet very far,
just to be myself and unconditional;
Rejoicing the music,
I continued to hmm…

Numbness taking over my steps,
desiccated me out from within, over the joy,
letting go all my inner emotions, feeling good,
I could feel myself lighter than a fly,
resting my steps and reverted to life.
I was a humming bird for a while,
And the music of life… plays on forever…

Just around the corner

I always remember this expression ‘On-the-way’ and I get fascinated by it most of the times. I am just letting my fingers type what I am thinking and contemplating about. The more I think, the more I key in on this electronic device that keeps me busy in spite of being busy-the-other-way. Everything is on its way for sure. If you ask for anything, you will hear its on-the-way and it’s just around the corner. You will get it soon.

Well… my life is on its way!

I found a road and I am on my way. Sometimes I need to deviate, because I saw another road. Likewise, I see many roads. Where do I go? How do I get to know which is the road that is less travelled by? If at all I am over excitingly doing things to deviate from others. I will. Because, I challenge such risks.

One such risk is what time is. So, I am challenging the time. My time. I feel like I am racing against the time. Oh! Come on…we all are. That is how I get to know my competitors. All are just around the corner. You need not show up yourself. You get to see what you do not expect to see all the times. You feel, you are on the right track. Because the path you’ve chosen has the name tag ‘Right track’ even before you walk over it. And if you feel you are on the wrong track then, you cannot blame anyone. It was your choice to walk over the ‘right track’.

And well, I always thought, like everybody, I did the right thing and I chose the right way. No. I think at this point in time, with all the chaos around, I feel at loss. Not that what I did was wrong. It is not. It did not seem like a loss as well. It in fact, inspired me even more and made me feel good about myself. And the same amount of positive energy and impact was created at the other end too. Atleast I got that impression. I hope I am not wrong.

And while I was mulling over on everything being good, I got into an encounter with the time again. Not my time, but others time. When I am in the generation that has forward thinking minds, I never thought I will be led to think backwards like others do. May be that is the only gap I am seeing in the present generation. We only talk about always looking forward and not believe in some blind beliefs from the past. But we are not the same when it comes to performing our own duties. We still tend to think backwards with a genuine polished ‘reason’. And that is a reason enough to deviate from our own thoughts. Sometimes, we cannot ignore it because, if you ignore it, you will be ignored!

Everything is just around the corner. Without letting thoughts to overtake on the others, one will need to be unimaginably patient and optimistic about whatever is going to happen in life. Expecting to be optimistic without having that ignition of crossing over the backward thinking phase is a challenge on its own.

So what I thought the past; and what I am going to see next, is just around the corner!

Beauties, Bombs and Bengaluru

She has a priceless expression and looks unimaginably beautiful. Her glittering face brighter than the colors of the sunset hiding all the burning sorrows behind; her hairs thicker than that of a evergreen forest and forcefully tied like the way a broomstick is tied; her rolling eye balls matching the speed of the moon revolving round the earth, in a way to attract all the stars in the universe and see the falling stars; her artist-created nose with perfect size and shape; her lips were ready to open out all the words of love to her world; and she is absolutely a gorgeous girl in all possible ways. Everyday getting drenched in the rain showers, smiling at the people around, no matter who did what, and her response would never change even with the inhuman and chaotic behavior of others around her. Anyone is welcome to meet her any time and any day. She is a timeless beauty who observes millions of others who are running out of time. She was born with godly colors and super natural powers. She can bring in smile on any face and she can stop the time for a moment just to make her presence felt. She is not alone. She has her friends. Her friends are in different forms and shapes. Some are very near to her and some very far away but yet very near to her heart. They are all the children of the same creator. A creator! The one who created them is not only a god for them but also he is not-just-a-god for them. No. Not just a god! With such creations, the whole world looks nice, not just nice, but also beautiful. If the world looks at such pleasant and marvelous creations, it would go to a relaxed state even before it realizes what it is.

One day, I saw her and was dumbstruck by her beauty. The world around me stopped at my wrist watch until I moved myself from where I was. My eyes could not believe that such a thing exists and I am bound to see such amazing things. I was totally taken aback by the fact that I missed something all these days. While I was convincing myself that I was not day dreaming, I was really surprised it was not my dream. Feeling good about it, I moved on to see the world.

After such a beautiful encounter with the luck and beauty of sight, there comes the dangerous encounter of my life. It was again unimaginable to the extent that I could not stop myself getting mad. The road I was travelling looked like one hell. It was not like this before. It was a heaven. Heaven it was. I used to see this road full of life and activities. How can it be like this when so many are yet to walk across and live by the road side? I could see the bombshells all over. I could smell the grenade stones. They are throwing bombs. Who is it? Many row houses were smashed and looked like a targeted bomb hit. Many people losing their shelter, crying for peace, calling god, to show some mercy on them. Who will listen to them? Who will give them what they have lost? Very soon it will become a lake of tears and a paradise of sorrows. Bitter memories to take forward and lost hopes on care takers. Why is this happening? At what cost? Life…? I used to walk as fast as a skate board. I used to breathe fresh air from the heavenly beautiful trees. I used to come here regularly even if I miss my regular breakfast. Where else can I go? I unknowingly noticed that tears had splashed my face with bitter sadness and with a non-functional-wiper as a complimentary to my tear showers. And a rage for knowing the reason for this cause shivered all over my body. Before even I got to know, the war was finished. There were many unfortunate people who had to take up the new life of accepting sorrows. With greatest of the greater difficulty, I moved. I moved from one end of the road to the other end. There is no difference anywhere. It was as hell-looked as it hell-looked earlier. And there were still many warriors who were causing destructions. They had no options left but to destroy. They were sent to perform better. It is their life and living mantra. Can I say go to hell being in a hell? I just resigned and moved on hoping all that happens, happens for a better purpose.

Well, for me, the above two events are two different experiences. When I saw the ‘Tribal’ girl’s painting on one of the walls of K R Circle in Bengaluru, nobody could stop me from dancing-in-the-heaven type of feeling. I must say, the artists working for BBMP to create these paintings of various regional specialties are just wonderful. They are making ‘Namma Bengaluru’ look like ‘Namma Bengaluru’. Any visitor or a tourist who visits Bengaluru will feel great to be welcomed into the city by such excellent paintings, which not only reflects but also keeps up high on our heritage and culture. It just feels awesome. More power to all the artists.

But the same visitor or a tourist, even by mistake travels by the Kuvempu road that connects Malleswaram circle and the West-of-Chord road, will feel like walking into a war field with the bomb and grenade shells around. It was an interesting observation made by my good friend Kowshik some days back and that made me think more about this. He beautifully compared it with the war field. He said he used to travel on this road everyday and he feels awkward now to even think about going into the road. And not just awkward, it is a very hurtful feeling to see the destruction caused by the Namma Metro work. Many trees being cut, many roads being cracked, many houses being destructed, causing problems for the land owners and having not compensated them well, all these are nothing but devastating.

So, it is our own ‘Namma’ Bengaluru which has both pleasant and destructive effect on the people.

I can only wish for a good time soon!

A good time spent…

An expired invite,
I kept it open,
hoping I will do it,
finally… I did…
One more journey
into the happiness,
to forget the past,
and lift ourselves…
Thoughtful stint,
enjoyable time,
lovely place,
no regrets…
I said let’s do it!
and we did.
no second thoughts,
only excitement…
Journey on the road,
into the green,
beautiful sight,
unlimited joy…
Lost in thoughts,
to gear up acts,
synching vision,
deep into the cliché…
The best company
of my good old friend
to share my stories
and the pain as well…
wonderful memories,
and a best time spent,
with workable thoughts,
am returning home…
